Graham understands the different challenges our clients face throughout the life cycle of a deal and identifying areas where we believe we as a company can make a positive contribution. The deal life cycle within private equity creates a binary scorecard where there's a start, finish and ultimately result. It’s a great backdrop to work within, as it provides a constant readout as to the impact we are able to make to our clients, allowing opportunity for us to improve.

Kass is an entrepreneurial and delivery-oriented C-level leader with a proven track record in creating and running Technology / Product Management functions in startup and corporate businesses. He was one of the founders of BSkyB’s NowTv, O2’s GiffGaff and British Gas’s smart home venture, Hive. Kass’s previous role was in a Private Equity backed business that delivered a successful exit in 2021.

With over 20 years of experience in the media, telecommunications and Tech industry, with a proven track record in strategy and delivery.

Kass' specialities include Innovation, strategy, new business development, product strategy and development, video, web and mobile software dev, architecture.

Tom joined the LCap Group in April 2019, and is the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the continued growth, success and evolution of the business. As part of his role, he is the Executive sponsor of both our Leadership and Insights practices ensuring that they are supporting our clients’ demands of delivering leadership excellence. Having had a successful track record in several Private Equity and Venture Captial backed businesses on the management side, he is uniquely placed to provide a different perspective of what makes great leadership and high-performance teams succeed.

Ruby is our Chief Customer Officer, previously Ruby led searches within Private Equity backed & high growth Technology & Tech-Enabled businesses. Recently Ruby has undertaken multiple searches on behalf of our clients to maximise the opportunity that digitisation presents to their businesses across a variety of different sectors from both the B2B and B2C environments. Ruby leads on diversity within leadership across the company and has been both an early adopter and instrumental in introducing Sheryl Sandberg’s "Lean In initiative" to the UK.

Lee joined the LCap Group in February 2022 as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for all aspects of Finance, Legal and HR.

With over 20 years’ experience as a CFO in Private Equity backed businesses, he works with exceptional management teams aimed at delivering a first-class service to the customer.

In his spare time away from his wife and two young daughters, he can be found on the golf course… a much-needed escape from Frozen and Peppa Pig.

As the Chief Strategy Officer at The LCap Group, Samuel Robberts plays a pivotal role in harnessing the power of Leadership Dynamics, a cutting-edge platform that drives our work across our talent businesses. With his extensive knowledge of the private equity marketplace and expertise in product development and innovation, Samuel is instrumental in successfully predicting the value of leaders in any business environment.

In his capacity as head of strategy, Samuel is responsible for the suite of products that The LCap Group delivers to the marketplace. He develops a comprehensive, inclusive strategic plan and growth strategy by collaborating with the CEO, senior leadership, and the board of directors. This plan determines the enterprise's overall vision, evaluates the overall business portfolio, and outlines the M&A plan.

Matthew is a commercially minded technology executive with over 30 years operational and executive experience in the use of technology to transform industries. Matthew has broad range of in-depth expertise across different sectors from hardware, software and service provider industries, developed through the early application of Internet and Enterprise networking to the development of cloud-based platforms and enterprise digital transformation.
